HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff will pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you noticed an error with your shipping address, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your order details before it departs. Please notice that we can not guarantee it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~3 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number right after. E-Packet is our primary carrier for U.S customers and for customers in countries/regions such as Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 10~25 days from the date of shipment.

   

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally to almost all countries. You will receive your shipment 10-25 days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 1-3 days.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged product. You can contact us in the "Contact Us" page.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Main Menu and put your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order was placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

I CAN'T CONNECT MY DEVICE

  1. Make sure that the device is turned on (Hold the button for 3 seconds, until you hear 2 "Beep" sound).
  2. Make sure that the Bluetooth in your phone is turned on.
  3. Make sure that the device is near your phone.

 

THE DEVICE ACTIVATED AN ALARM AND I DON'T KNOW WHY

  1. You activate it through the App.
  2. The device got Out of Range.
  3. You turned off the Bluetooth on your phone while the device was connected to the phone.
  4. You closed the app on your phone.

 

THE DEVICE GOT OUT OF RANGE BUT NO ALARM WAS ACTIVATED

  1. Make sure that the app is opened.
  2. Make sure that your Bluetooth is on.
  3. Make sure that your device is connected to the app.
